I'm not sure anyone thinks twice about recycling their old electronics simply because recycling is something that is generally recognized as "good".It's when you're exposed to real happenings such as the ones written about in this article (workers being exposed to toxins, how exactly the electronics are being disposed of), that you really take a step back and think about what's going on and the actions you take. Definitely an interesting issue to think about. This is a really eye opening as far as recycling electronics goes. I’m not sure anyone thinks twice about recycling their old electronics simply because recycling is something that is generally recognized as “good”.

It’s when you’re exposed to real happenings such as the ones written about in this article (workers being exposed to toxins, how exactly the electronics are being disposed of), that you really take a step back and think about what’s going on and the actions you take.
