I can't believe they want them to raise giant snails to fend off starvation. It seems like if those snails were everywhere already and people were starving and used to eating smaller snails that they would have been eating the giant ones a long time ago and they wouldn't be starving. (?) It seems like it would be better to teach them to farm sustainably. A lot more food can be produced in the form of vegetables and fruits opposed to meat, on the same amount of land. how sad.
