All B vitamins have 'cyanide' in them--a CN group. It's just an industrial scare tactic sold on the world through public relations lies. More:Read the book about vitamin B17, and the scam to keep you away from a very cheap form of cancer cure. Laetrile (it's processed form/name) is just another free gift of nature to cure cancer--that the pharmacriminal lobby saw fit to have banned. Though it still works. There's a good film about B17 on the web as well as a book or two. Don't believe everything you read from an entertainment website like this one. Hunzakut peoples eat the pits their whole life. They don't die. They live to be 130 years old with no cancer. (another book for you). You've been fooled once more by the brainwashing of an industrialized medical establishment that only offers you deadly radiation and makes a ton of money off the dupes that accept it. Ignorance and your doctor kills you. Not cancer--since cancer is treatable in many ways.

It’s not a dangerous form of anything in apricot pits or almond ‘pits’. The French recipes for bitter almonds use them sparingly, in desserts, crushed and cooked in a cheesecoth bag and removed from the dish., Almonds are safe, nutritious and quite good!

I would like to call attention to the article about almonds. “bitter almonds” are in fact the pits of apricots, not actual almonds.
