The whole “raining animals” Isn’t exactly “phenomenal.” It happens when a tornado forms over water, but has nothing to “suck up” so to speak but the water which turns it into a ‘water spout.’ If said water has fish, frogs, ducks, or other animals, they too will get sucked up into the cyclone and fall as far as 40 miles away.
