Worlds Highest Sky Observatory

The highest-altitude observatory in the world, the Sphinx is still in use by scientists and perched precariously at the top of a tall mountain in the Alps. It is not sky, air or wind art per say but arguably the best place in the world for seeing or experiencing all of the above. (Source)
