Siberian Sturgeon

Siberian Sturgeon

The Siberian Sturgeon is killed for its eggs, which make up about 100kg of its body weight when harvested (huge). It’s illegal almost everywhere to hunt Siberian Sturgeon, but poachers who face fairly lax regulations and soft penalties don’t mind the occasional run-in with the law.
