Zero Emissions House Prototype

With all British homes being required to be emissions free in less than a decade designers have risen to the challenge and proposed architectural prototypes to meet this new demand. On top of standard passive strategies such as natural ventilation and shading techniques this house design incorporates water efficiency tactics, such as water-efficient taps, toilets, a biomass boiler and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
