		<description>This is REALLY STUPID. These trash heaps are NOT adding to the marine environment. They are IN a marine environment. Do we have massive schools of marine life looking for homes yet all the coral reefs are booked solid? No. 

WHY the hell are we dumping METAL infrastructure into the sea? That is ALL RECYCLABLE MATERIAL that could be used to build new metal objects without digging more ore for them.

The seas should not be ANY kind of dumping ground. It&#039;s stupid, it&#039;s wasteful and it should stop immediately.</description>
